DESCRIPTION: Have you ever been close enough to exploding fireworks to feel the shock waves from the explosions in your chest? Many of the marks in this piece are serendipitous. As I began to layer dye and resist, and to play with the arrangement of the cloth, what emerged and stuck with me was an abstracted image of fireworks reflected against a building.
