DESCRIPTION: The Mindful Scribbling series is based on a set of drawings created at a time when my life got complicated, I was emotionally spent, and I found myself unable to work in my studio for almost a year. As I struggled to rebuild my art practice, I was initially only able to produce scribbles. But, over time, these doodles have grown to become complex layered drawings that offer visual insight into my state of mind.
