Thank you for your interest in purchasing my artwork. The aim of this page is to provide all then necessary information for you to make an informed inquiry. Please review the detail, consult the current price list, and contact me at russ@russlittlefiberartist.com.
Current price list
I make an effort to keep my price list up to date. Some prices might change over time, influenced by factors such as previous sales and exhibition history. The price list includes a publication date, and I will honor the listed price for a period of six months from that date. It is worth mentioning that I will never increase a price simply because you express interest in purchasing a piece.
The purchase process
Inquiry
Purchasing art is a more substantial decision than shopping for a pair of shoes online. You should have the opportunity to ask questions, view additional photos of the artwork, and anything else that might aid in your decision-making process. If you happen to be in the Washington, DC area, it may be possible to arrange a studio visit for you to see the artwork in person. Once you have reviewed the current price list (above), please send me an email, and we can discuss your purchase.
Final sale
Please ask all of your questions before you commit to purchasing a piece of artwork because all sales are considered final. I do not accept returns or provide refunds.
Total cost and payment
The total cost of your purchase will include the agreed upon price of the artwork, sales tax, actual shipping costs, and shipping insurance. These costs will be disclosed before you receive an invoice. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or Zelle. Checks are not accepted.
Shipping
Your artwork will be shipped via FedEx and insured through FedEx for the total invoice amount. You will receive a FedEx tracking number at the time of shipment.
Fine Art Purchase Terms
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Your purchase will be subject to the following terms. This language or equivalent language will be included on the bill of sale that you will receive. A certificate of authenticity signed by the ARTIST will be delivered with the artwork and it will also include these or equilalent terms.
FINAL SALE. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of product defect.
COPYRIGHT. You (the BUYER) are purchasing a finished work of art for your personal enjoyment. The ARTIST (Russ Little) retains the copyright to the artwork. This means that you may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, create derivative products from the artwork, or publish images or video of the artwork without the ARTIST's written permission. Even after the BUYER purchases the artwork, the ARTIST may, at his sole discretion, publish images or videos of the artwork, use such images and videos for promotional purposes, and create derivative artwork or commercial products from images or videos of the artwork or any of it's source materials.
ACCEPTABLE USE. You may create and share images and videos that include the artwork through personal social media provided that you credit the ARTIST.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. If the BUYER sells or gives the product to someone else, these terms transfer to the new owner. The BUYER assumes responsibility for informing the new owner of these terms.
